Meow Wolf builds a guest database across five immersive venues

Meow Wolf needed a guest database that grew with its five immersive venues. Adentro used Guest WiFi and Customer Data to capture contacts on site and keep them in one place.

The challenge

Meow Wolf runs five venues in Las Vegas, Grapevine, Denver, Houston, and Santa Fe.

A guest who buys a ticket and a guest who attends are not always the same person, so the team needed contacts from the people actually on site.

The solution

1. Guest WiFi: Capture contacts at every venue

Guest WiFi captured guest contacts across all five Meow Wolf locations, creating a contact opportunity for each connecting attendee.

2. Customer Data: Keep guest records in one place

Customer Data turned each connection into a guest profile held centrally across the portfolio. Collection grew as the venue network matured.

The results

  • 199,770 contacts captured, over 16 months
  • 21,928 recent contacts, in the last 30 days, a 35% increase over the prior 30 days
  • 12,486 contacts per month on average
