The challenge
Most of Zinqué's guests stayed anonymous, with no way to re-engage them.
The WiFi network served guests but returned nothing to the business.
The solution
Identify visitors automatically
Guest WiFi turned the connection into an exchange, and Customer Data identified visitors and built an owned database.
Track observed walk-ins
Adentro tracked observed walk-ins during the same 30-day pilot, adding traffic context to the contact results.
The results
- 1,574 guest contacts captured in 30 days. The Venice pilot turned WiFi connections into a direct audience for Zinqué. That gave the restaurant a practical measure of how much contact collection one location could support in a month.
- 4,419 walk-ins tracked during the pilot. Traffic reporting added context to the new database. Zinqué finished the test with both an observed visit count and a list of guests it could reach after they left.
