1,079 contacts collected per month. 87.5% of WiFi users completed an app survey. 73 reviews at a 4.7 average rating.
The challenge
The Bergeson family wanted repeat business. "The biggest challenge was finding the time to do it."
The first gap was unknown reach. They couldn't tell how many customers they reached or anything about them.
A second challenge was low app adoption. They wanted more guests on Mooyah's loyalty rewards app.
The remaining issue was no time for feedback. Running two stores left little time to engage customers online.
The solution
Create the data foundation: signage to portal to profile. In-store signs told guests about free WiFi. Adentro (formerly Zenreach) Guest WiFi turned each login into a Customer Data profile with visit history and public demographic information. Audience Segmentation sorted the list in real time.
Promote the app at login. The branded portal advertised the Mooyah app. A brief survey asked if guests had already downloaded it. Every WiFi user saw the app message.
Route feedback. Adentro's reputation tool pointed happy guests to reviews. Guests with bad experiences were encouraged to contact staff directly.
Why the combination mattered
Guest WiFi became the guest-facing app message, Customer Data retained contacts and visit history, and the portal survey measured awareness of the rewards app. Review routing provided a second use for that touchpoint. The source does not give a measured increase in app downloads.
