What is Secure WiFi by Adentro?
Secure WiFi by Adentro is a new WiFi network that offers you an additional layer of security when connected to a guest WiFi network in any Adentro-enabled location. As data and privacy concerns continue to rise, it is more important than ever to protect yourself when connecting to WiFi networks outside of your home. Secure WiFi by Adentro provides a safe browsing experience across thousands of locations nationwide.

How can I connect to this network?
Unlike typical network access, you will not be able to join the secure network simply by clicking on the network name from your mobile device and entering an email address. Instead, you must activate a profile on your device in order to access the Secure WiFi by Adentro network. 

This is super simple. While the precise flow does vary by device type, here is a high-level overview of the steps to follow in location:

Why do I want to join Secure WiFi by Adentro?
Secure WiFi by Adentro provides you with greater sign-on efficiency and enhanced security across thousands of our merchant locations. After connecting for the first time, you will immediately be recognized and authenticated every time you visit that business. Additionally, you will also be able to seamlessly access secure WiFi in any Adentro-enabled business.

Connecting to the new secure network is as simple as activating an Adentro profile on your device—all you need to do is scan a QR code and follow a few easy steps. 

What is an Adentro profile?
When activated on your device, an Adentro profile allows you to connect to any secure Adentro network across all locations served by Adentro. It is not an app, and it does not access any information on your device. Think of it as the secret handshake that gets you in the door.  

What devices are supported by Adentro’s networks?
Secure WiFi by Adentro works with all enabled devices running Android 6.0 (or higher) and all iOS devices running iOS 7 or higher.

What if I’m having trouble activating a profile?
If you’re having trouble activating the profile, please make sure you are using your device’s default browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome for Android) and try again. If you are still having trouble, you can email and include your mobile device type, operating system, and browser for assistance.

Can I leave Secure WiFi by Adentro?
